Independent licensed-agent resource

Clear Medicare information, without a government look or a sales promise.

Medicare Solutions Joy helps you request a conversation with a licensed agent about Medicare Advantage (Part C) and prescription drug (Part D) options that may be available where you live. Sending a request does not enroll you in a plan.

No enrollment on this form Plan availability depends on ZIP code info@medicaresolutionsjoy.com

Important CMS notice. We do not offer every plan available in your area. The organizations and products a licensed agent can discuss depend on your ZIP code. For information on all of your options, contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), or your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP). TTY users can call 1-877-486-2048.

How it works

A request is a conversation. It is not an enrollment.

1

You ask for information

Share your name, contact details, date of birth, and ZIP code so an agent knows which county rules may apply.

2

A licensed agent may call

If you give consent, Medicare Solutions Joy or a marketing partner may contact you about plans they are authorized to discuss.

3

You compare what is actually offered

Premiums, copays, drug coverage, and provider networks differ by plan and county. Nothing on this page is a benefit guarantee.

4

You decide

You can stop at any time. Completing this form does not enroll you in Medicare, a Medicare Advantage plan, or a Part D plan.

Medicare basics

The parts of Medicare, in plain language

This is general education. It is not a complete description of your benefits, and it is not a plan recommendation.

Part A

Hospital insurance

Original Medicare Part A generally helps pay for inpatient hospital care, skilled nursing facility care, hospice, and some home health care. Most people do not pay a Part A premium if they or a spouse paid Medicare taxes long enough.

Part B

Medical insurance

Part B generally helps pay for doctor visits, outpatient care, preventive services, and durable medical equipment. Part B has a monthly premium that can change each year.

Part C

Medicare Advantage

Medicare Advantage plans are offered by Medicare-approved private companies. They must cover everything Original Medicare covers, except hospice, which Original Medicare still covers. Extra benefits vary by plan and are not available in every county.

Part D

Prescription drugs

Part D plans help pay for prescription drugs. Formularies, pharmacies, and costs differ. A plan that covers one person’s medications may not cover another person’s.

Eligibility

Who can generally get Medicare

People usually become eligible for Medicare when they turn 65. Some people under 65 qualify after they have received Social Security disability benefits for 24 months, or sooner if they have ALS. People with End-Stage Renal Disease may also qualify.

  • Age 65 or older, if you meet the work or residency rules
  • Under 65 with a qualifying disability
  • Any age with ALS or End-Stage Renal Disease, when Medicare’s rules are met

This website cannot tell you that you qualify. Eligibility is decided by Medicare and the Social Security Administration. You can review your own status at Medicare.gov or by calling 1-800-MEDICARE.

What we will not say

No benefit promises on this page

  • We do not advertise dollar allowances, give-backs, or “free” extras
  • We do not say a plan is the best, newest, or available to everyone
  • We do not use the Medicare name to look like a federal agency
  • Enrollment, if you later choose it, depends on the plan’s contract with Medicare
